Achievements of our supericritical technology

April 1999，a set of 500L*2 supericriticla CO2 extraction equipment in HeNan province。 June 2001，3 set of 1000L*2  supericriticla CO2 extraction equipment in YunNan province, and GuangZhou,which are the largest ones in china。     Catering to different customers' requirement,Our Company has developed couples of apparatus and equipment with different specification.

2) Main Achievement of Molecule Distillation Technique.

i. Since 1986, the COMPANY has been focusing on the molecule distillation technique.   ii. In 1988, we developed the first set of molecule distillation apparatus.   iii. In 1990, we acquired great breakthrough in this technique and manufactured series of apparatus.   iv. In 1993, we undertook the chemicals research and development project by the National Science & Technology Committee. Thus a production line for 100-ton molecule distilled monoglyceride per year came out to the world, which was authenticated in 1994.   Through years study, molecular distillation technique industrialization and series has been accomplished, which gives the new base of deep-process for materials with high-boiling point and thermal decomposition substances. The molecular distillation equipment product series (according to the heat exchange area) include 0.07sq.m.、0.25sq.m.、 0.5sq.m.、1sq.m.、2.5sq.m.、6sq.m.、11sq.m. etc. Till now there have been several decades equipment in operation in China. The largest scale equipment are 4 sets of molecular distillation equipment for distillate the monoglyceride for Masson Group company and its diameter of distillation column reaches 1.2 meter and its heat exchange area reaches 11sq.m.
